Fresh, clean, and stays fresh for a while in the refrigerator. I use it in tortellini soup and in salads.

Very fresh. Also very clean.(Atleast the one I bought) Good taste as well. Its very large so if it gets towards the end of the week and you still have alot, perhaps make soup with it. (I did)

I found a dead spider in this box today. Luckily I do not take for granted whatever the label reads. These leaves seems like they never saw water. This is pathetic quality ! Attached couple of pics the dead soul swimming :-(
