Good for salads, smoothies, and sauteed with garlic as a side dish. This is a bit g container and holds a lot of spinach.

I use it in my smoothies but spanicj last for 2 weeks in frige then have to go by more if i have not use all babby spanish up.

Spinach does not last long at all! You have to use within 3 days or forget it because it starts to get slimy!!!
