i cut it up for salad because its better for you than plain lettuce. We also like fresh cooked spinach.

Would have given 5 stars but one package was super fresh and a later purchase was OK but not as fresh.

I love the taste of this brand of Baby Spinach. I've used it in place of iceberg lettuce in salads, burgers, and when I make creamed spinach.
