I have been buying this product for years. When frozen, it crumbles down for ease of adding it to the blender for smoothies. The flavor is mild so that blends right in for a tasty result

Milder than full sized spinach. Good for salads. Wash spinach before eating. Check dates on package. If not 7 days out, don't buy. Will wilt quickly. Don't buy sister product, mixed baby lettuces.

I bought this spinach tray thinking that even if I only had one or two salads from it, it was worth the price. It lasted longer than I expected & I found that my 5-yr old loves spinach salad!
