The spinach is very dirty.

Glad they lowered the price back to the original price. It seems odd that grocery stores were cheaper then Sam's club.

This is advertised as thoroughly washed. It is not. I noticed a big glob of dirt in my pan as ai was cooking. Definitely clean it before you eat.

This was the only product we would buy consistently for a very long time, priced reasonably - around $3:50 then increased and then it disappeared from the shelf. I am so glad it is back on.

Packaged as thoroughly washed and ready to use, which it usually is. This box has clumps of mud stuck to the leaves requiring the entire box to be washed before using. I don't mind washing it. Just don't tell me it's "thoroughly washed"

I would never have believed it if I didn’t see it for myself. There are many many blades of grass in the spinach. Unbelievable!! How come we can’t include pic in here?

This spinach is always going bad within one week of purchase. Something I noticed in the package with the spinach is a long slender leaf like a grass blade, but it is some form of plant that seems to make the spinach go bad much faster. Also the expiration date was only a week before I bought it. Sam's needs to do a better job of getting vegetable produce to market sooner. Wish I could share a picture that I have of it.

Used to keep fresh for up to 3 weeks, but lately barely makes it a week before going bad. However Last time I purchased, there was a LIVE ladybug in the container.! I guess that speaks to the freshness of the product but I ended up throwing the whole container out! Waste of my money, seriously.!

Another supplier is now being used. Packaging is horrible and the quality of the spinach is well below average. Honestly it looks like each spinach leaf has been through a fight - bruised, torn, soggy and inconsistent color. Bring back Taylor Farms to Des Moines.

I have never experienced any issues with this brand or product before. As a loyal consumer, I have always had a pleasant experience with this product of produce. In the process of opening, preparing, and cleaning the spinach, I found a stem of cut broccoli in the plastic container with the spinach. I have pictures and other documents to verify this information. The product was purchased from Sam’s Club. I am assuming the broccoli was placed in the container to ensure that the produce met the weight requirements. I am very disappointed and bothered by this experience. As stated before, I have purchased this brand of spinach for many years, and I have never come across anything of this nature before. After removing the broccoli stem, there was a quarter of the spinach left in the container. I do not understand why this happened and I am hoping that this was an accident by staff. This was an inconvenient experience and it has negatively impacted my trust with the company. My overall shopping experience as a consumer, will be more cautious and mindful due to ensuring my purchases of the intended products are accurately placed in the food containers. My hope is that the company has more compliance checks to ensure the quality and reputation of the brand are not damaged by such incidents. I am discarding the spinach due to the condition of the broccoli stem.
