Recently purchased this box to put outdoor cushions, kids summer toys etc. I read the instructions while my husband put it together with no problems at all. Love how much it holds and how nice it looks on the patio!

Purchased the heavy-duty outdoor storage box, one of the hydraulics was broke. I called customer service and without any questions asked, they immediately sent me two new ones even though only 1 was needed.

We bought this to put extra outdoors items in. Just put it together. It was quite easy for the two of us. We are not good at reading directions and it went together fine. We love it.

Perfect size for holding all of our deck cushions and freeing up storage space in our garage. It looks nice and is heavy duty. Was easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

The instructions were labeled with actual words and not just pictures, the parts were labeled and if you were stuck it was a breeze to find the video to assemble. Top tier job on the design of everything

Easy to assemble, sturdy, water tight, looks great. I also bought another brand, the other brand was flimsy in comparison, harder to assemble, but still a good purchase. I am pleased with both storage pieces.

We love this addition to our outside decor! And I can’t say enough about customer service, we had a issue with one part and they gladly sent out a replacement for us! Now bring on the warmer weather

Everything was going smoothly until we go to the lid and realized I am missing a part. Did a live chat and Ian said he was sending me he replace part and I would receive in 7-10 business days. Let's hope so

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It holds what we need it to. Works well. Could be a little sturdier but ok for our needs

This box was easy to put together. I like the construction and think it will provide years of use for us. So far so good.
