When the storage container arrived one of the arms that hold up the door was broken. I called & they immediately sent a new one at no cost.

very satisfied with this storage box so far, only had it for a couple of weeks, it's alot sturdier than the old one.

this works great keeps all the rain and dust out need to make sure to put a padlock on it as the wind will blow it open otherwise love the product

Read the instructions & watched the video on how to assemble, but I'd suggest having two people to assemble this product

Basic easy to assemble, Don't expect furniture grade materials. Its a box to keep cushions out of the weather.

Had for about 2 weeks now and it’s great. Everything dry inside. Very sturdy. Only thing… the springs keep opening the top if you don’t have a lock.

We received two other units that were flimsy and very low quality. This storage unit balances quality with price. We would buy another one!

Good size, sturdy, easy to assemble, looks good. And the best part is the lid stands open on its own. Great storage/patio addition.
