Got it all assembled and both gas cylinders that raise and lower the hood were busted I called customer support and they sent me out new cylinders ASAP I would recommend this unit to Anyone that are looking for new patio box

Bought the deck box at a great price and has plenty of storage. Very happy with purchase soI far. Also, the color was more of a charcoal grey than dark brown. It went perfectly with my patio table set.

Storage capacity fits my needs. As an outdoor storage box aluminum would last longer than steel. The steel components rusted after 3 years. The warranty is great as all parts were replaced at no cost to me.

The storage box size is perfect , material is sturdy. Installation is slightly tricky, will need 2 people and about hour to put it together but otherwise a great product.

Putting it together took awhile and involves a drill, several wrenches, and several sockets. However, once put together, it is a very well designed and high quality deck storage box. The lid control gaskets work very well.

Easy to put together, they say you need 2 people but found I was able to do it my self. the only drawback is, it is not waterproof. but have ordered a cover for it.

Its a very nice size and is very well put together. Be careful installing the large screws as they have to be installed exactly or they could ruin your stability. Very well made. I would definitely buy another one if ever needed.

I bought this about a month ago. It was easy to assemble and has good space. We store all of our patio furniture cushions in it. The only thing that I would improve on is the amount of plastic left at the screw hole location.

You will need a screw driver (Philips), you will need a ratchet or drill. YouTube videos were available that demonstrated how to put container together; but the best app is BILT.

Beautiful storage container. It looked bigger in the store than in my backyard but it is large enough for my storage needs. Very happy with this purchase.
