Great playground set! Took 12 hours total for 2 people to put together. Instructions were good. Grandkids love it! Good quality and would buy again. I hope it holds up over time

We bought this for our 4 grandkids. Ages 1 to 6. Plenty of room for them to play, and it fits in a small backyard. Took 2 guys a couple of afternoons to put together, with little frustration.

Absolutely perfect and easy to assemble, they send us few replacement parts very quickly. Excellent price for the quality. Not too big not too small. The only thing is you have to coat it weather proof so it adds some labor. Warranty wont cover of its not done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my three year old and one year old grandsons. My son-in-law put it together and said that it was not overly difficult and all the pieces were there. It seems very stable and safe. The kids are loving it and we can hardly get them inside.

Love the design. The wood quality isn’t the best, but I didn’t let this bother me when I considered the price I paid. Also, the installation service worked out well too! Finally, we noticed a missing bolt and cracked step, and their customer service sent replacements for free.

This is an awesome outdoor playground. With two swings, rock wall, slide, rope ladder and regular ladder it has plenty to keep the kids occupied. It took two mechanically inclined guys about 6hrs to assemble and that’s with a lunch break and poop break. If it takes you the 14 hours others claim you should have hired someone to do it. The instructions are easy to read and they provide plenty of extra nuts, bolts and washers just in case.

We've had this playset for almost 3 years now and our kids absolutely love it! Recently we were hit by a horrible hail storm and it ruined the tarp at the top, it was unrepairable. We called and it was covered under warranty so they sent us a new one at no cost! They were so easy to work with and we got the new tarp so quickly.

Excellent play set for younger kids. The BILT App to assist with installation is very useful. Well constructed.

We were very surprised that this play set came in only two flat cardboard boxes that weighed about 160 lbs each. The assembly instructions were very well written, and took 2 young men about 6 hours to assemble. Our grandson loves it.

This is awful for as much money as it cost- all the screws and materials were left out!!! Once together- slide has come unscrewed- steering wheel has fallen off- trued to reach the company but not successful!!
