My son is 4 and loves it. I think it’s the perfect size for little kids to play on, but it also won’t be outgrown too soon like other playsets. For building: It was an experience to build. Some of the instructions were a little confusing, but the app made it 5x easier. It did take quite some time to build. To me it was worth the time it took to build it. If you are not handy with tools, I recommend having someone else build it.

Comes in two flat boxes shipping was quick and fast. It took about 8 to 9 hours to install just like they estimate by two handy men. The instructions were pretty good couple parts where you have to do pre-assembly and missed it. I chose this one since it fit in our space etc. and since my oldest is 6 the deck looked a little more open for her to play on. Comes with web swing, regular swing, rope ladder and climbing wall and of course a slide-nice variety. Also nice the height is only about 4 or 4.5 feet up to the deck so if you are helping little kids it isn’t so far up.

A very nice playset. Took my daughter and I 10 hours to put together. Having a hatd time getting the anchors into this rocky Texas soil.

This was bought as a gift for our granddaughter. She is 3 and loves it. The reason for the rating is because of the directions. My husband and I always put our own “projects” together but this was more of a hassle than we have ever dealt with. It is a wonderful swing set but please hire someone else to put this together!

Once completed the play set was great. The instructions weren’t always understandable. For instance, what was the top of a board or on which side a bolt was placed. It will take 2 people about 8 hours to complete. When finally set up my 2 year old granddaughter loved it.

very nice swing set. The only concerns is that the slide has three screws on top to bolt in the slide.Next there are two many different types of screws and bolts so it take alot of time figuring which ones to use. there are two places in the set up that missed a step putting in the bolt holders so you had to take off two boards and place the bolt holders in and then reattach tyhe boards. Other wise my granddaughter loves it.

Our grandson loves it! It took 4 of us and a two year old 5 hrs to put together. We set everything out in order and got it together quickly.

it came in to many parts...it should have been done in sections and then shipped...it was an absolute nightmare...it took 6 people over 9 hours to put together...then there were 50 extra bolts, nuts, and screws...just messy...and there was no reason...it is well built and the kids love it.

Delivery was TERRIBLE. They dumped the boxes in driveway and drove off. No knock on door, no door bell ring. Just left it there. Luckily we got to it before porch pirates and was able to secure in garage. Allow a full day for assembly. Because of lack of service when we called about poor delivery, doubtful we will order from Sam's again.

If there was a single straight board in the bunch it was the outlier. Wood started splitting even with pilot holes drilled. The T-Lock if you try and back out the bolt would just spin and eat the back of the board.
