If there was a single straight board in the bunch it was the outlier.  Wood started splitting even with pilot holes drilled.  The T-Lock if you try and back out the bolt would just spin and eat the back of the board.

Wood quality is junk

A very nice playset. Took my daughter and I 10 hours to put together. Having a hatd time getting the anchors into this rocky Texas soil.
