This was a Christmas present for my 3 grandchildren. The oldest loves playing in it . Highly recommend it. We paid someone to assemble took him a day to get together. Unfortunately the high winds we had in ky in February blew it down even tho we had it staked down.not a result of the product by no means. I would purchase again

Weather has been spotty here in tn so it took a few days with my much younger son to help put the set together. Instructions were simple and while it takes time to separate the hardware and wood, it was fairly easy to put together I’m so impressed by the quality I may be purchasing a pergola or something similar

We’ve had this for two months now and we are very pleased with the quality and activities available. My son turns 3 this weekend and he’s already climbing the rock wall. Of course he is a natural climber and still needs assistance from time to time but I can see him enjoying this over the years to come. Delivery was quick.

My son and I were able to put this together in seven hours… We found it much easier by sorting all the hardware and putting in large plastic bags so that we can read the numbers …..it made the assembly process go much easier. We were also very impressed with the app instructions… They were so easy to follow. The Play set is awesome !

We bought this swing set for our 3.5 year old and so far he really loves it! He is able to use all of the features easily and we are even planning to do a sand box in the bottom section. We decided to assemble ourselves which was A LOT of work. So, if you are not handy, I do not recommend trying to do this on your own. It took my husband 7 hours with 2 friends to build this in our back yard. And that is after I spent 2 days varnishing the hundreds of pieces (which is recommended and required for the warranty). It was all worth it since I can see my son playing with this for years to come. One thing I don't love about the design is that the two swings are placed pretty close together. We've already had some kiddo collisions. So be careful with multiple kids on the swings.

This was bought for our grand-daughter and although she dosen't use it daily she likes it. She is only 2 and likes the rope climbing ladder the most at this time, as well as the swing. It was assembled easily, although it was a long process, and after almost a year it is still in great condition for being in the weather all the time.

I did receive one piece of wood that was split but customer service got right on it and sent me a new piece without any questions. This is a good product. The wood a little questionable because it feels light and dry but hopefully with some water seal, it will last.

We bought this set during the start of Covid. It was the perfect buy! The neighbor kids are always coming over and asking to play on it as well. We added a baby swing which is easy to interchange with the regular one. We made a little sand pit under the tower part. This has held up through snow and rain with no issues! I would definitely recommend this set for hours of fun for your kids!!

Thinking they would (4 of them) would fight over the swings, no they love climbing and sliding. They can't wait to get outside and play on the play set. Wish I could have gotten a bigger one, but that's life. We have a 22 month old, 3, 7 and 12, and they all love it.

Delivery was timely with all components present and intact. Estimated time of assembly is pretty accurate. It took 3 adults to fully assemble in 6 hours. As with any swing set, there is a TON of hardware. The BILT app was helpful in following along with the paper instructions. The true beginner might struggle with the assembly but if you're familiar with basic tools, it's mostly a labor of love. Mild criticism: the regular-style swing is a little short. I had to buy additional chain for my 3-year-old to access it at a safe height.
