This child’s motorcycle came mostly assembled. There were several pieces that needed to be added and directions would have been nice to have. We went and used the video to make sure we were assembling correctly. The bike itself is awesome and my grandson loves it. It was hard to get him off so his sister could have a turn. Well put together and nice grafics on bike itself.

I was excited to buy this for my 4 yr old grandson for Christmas. This was all he asked Santa for. I received it and after charging it for 36 hours it still would not start. I had to put a letter in his stocking letting him know that his motorcycle would have to be delivered later.

The bike is cute but it only worked for a couple of weeks. The battery charges and we didn't have any missing parts, unlike the other reviews. However, the bike won't go anymore. It won't spin or go anywhere. We got the warranty, but Allstate won't do anything until we get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer wasn't on Allstates protection list, so we aren't sure where to go from here.

We were so excited about this bike! It’s was so cute and the keys and the sounds were perfect! Charged all night Christmas Eve, and never got a green light indicating a full charge. Prior to charging we gave it a crank, lights came on, made all the noise. Kiddo gets up on Christmas morning the bike no longer cranks up . Charge lasted for 10 min of ride time. We went to the battery store and got a better battery and it worked better. Still no sounds or crank. But it was running. By day 4 it died, I’m assuming the pedal or the switch went out. Really wish it would have been better quality,it was a really good idea and details were well thought out. But it was very poorly constructed.

Never ever want to put a bad reviews, but this is to much, bought this from sams, open it and found out missing a charger, called sams, they said out of stock, so either return it or call a manufacture to request a missing charger, email them for 4 days in a row with a lot a policy about when, where , date of purchase, ok is fine, sent it all through email and still can solved this problem, is worst customer service

This was my sons Santa's gift last year. I had bought in store at a discounted rate so I was happy about that. It was a good deal...or so I thought. My son was so excited Christmas day until we noticed it would lose charge very fast. We would charge it and then eventually it just stopped working after just a couple days with it. They let me return it but couldn't exchange as it was all sold out. The costumer service person who helped me said that alot of people had been bring them back.

We got this for our 3 year old son for Christmas and he loves it! He hasn’t it rode it outside much, it snows a lot where we live so we keep it inside and let him ride it around the house. He loves the features. You have to use the key to start it which he really likes. It’s such a neat little ride, especially for the price! It’s a decent size as well. Plenty big enough for an older child.

I didn't want to believe the bad reviews. I knew that I knew better. We bought this right after Christmas for half price and while it's okay when it works and the lights and music are actually pretty cool, we have so many troubles trying to charge it, that it's just not worth the investment of money or time (or my or my sons' frustration).

GREAT FIND

Ordered and had it shipped. Arrived on time in great condition. Required some assembly but was very simple. Battery life isn’t as long as we would like. After riding 30-45min on speed 2 it started to slow down drastically. Turns great and easy for my 4y old to handle. He loves having his own set of keys to turn it on and the music is fun. All in all I would buy again.
