This bike stopped working afterriding it less than 6 times. If you look practically anywhere else for reviews you will see that this bike is trash and has known issues and neither Sam's Club nor manufacturers want to help.

This thing was amazing for about 3 weeks!!! Now, the pedal sticks or just wont work. The speed is like the battery is smack dead right after charging it. So sad because it WAS really cool!

One of the worst experiences ive had not necessarily with the item itself but rather samsclub and its return policies, according to their customer service. I purchased 2 toy bikes and extended warranty. Both came with no chargers and after contacting the after sales rep i had no definite answer if replacements were being provided so i chose to return the items and this is where the nightmare started.......after 2 hours at their cs desk basically took the 2 items but did not get redunded on the extended warranty supposedly because the return was after 15 days eventhough was less than a month. Not sure if I ever will buy another item online if that is their normal process for returns.

This was the second one I purchased. The first one was made very well & grandchild enjoyed it. Bought another one as a gift for my granddaughter. Had it shipped to her house. Arrived with no keys or handlebars. Obviously this was a big disappointment as she was very excited to ride it as she watched her parents start to assemble it. My daughter called Sam’s Club and the manufacturer and no one has called her back and the item is now out of stock.

No one ever complains about speed...1st gear is all a 3 year old needs. I think the age on this should be increased or the child should be used to driving already. Understanding to take your foot off the pedal to stop is a must for this machine! But wow, it is cool!!

I have read reviews about the battery failing after a few usage but this one did not even work from the beginning, my brother in law fixes cars and can restore any car but he cannot even figure out why the battery just never worked, Very disappointed, I now have a 4 year old nephew who is heart broken now that would take more than just a 12 V battery to fix

This child’s motorcycle came mostly assembled. There were several pieces that needed to be added and directions would have been nice to have. We went and used the video to make sure we were assembling correctly. The bike itself is awesome and my grandson loves it. It was hard to get him off so his sister could have a turn. Well put together and nice grafics on bike itself.

Bought this before traveling for Christmas 2022. Our 2 and 4 year olds were to recieve these bikes as thier Bithday gifts in January. We put them together 2 days ago one has broken handle bars and on was missing keys. I wanted to exchange but it is now sold out online.

Got this from my five year old grandson for his birthday and he was so excited he even rides it in the house. He absolutely loves it. It has a key that comes out (extra key also) and he can start it his self, it also plays music so he can jam while he rides. Great value. I also purchased the extra insurance because you never know and it will be replaced or repaired that way I know he’ll be able to enjoy it for a few years.

My 4 year old grandson was so excited about his new "motorcycle" that he insisted to go outside in below freezing weather to ride it. Several vehicles stopped and rolled down their windows to brag about his cool looking ride. He loved the "motorcycle" and goes out as often as he can even in winter weather.
