Do not waste your money!!! It’s a very pretty piece of plastic to look at it but we have had nothing but problems - customer service at the after sales email will not be answered. Stay away!!! Wish I could have left 0 stars

Got this for my grandson for Xmas and it would not turn on. I would have loved to do a exchange but they had none in stock, so I did a return with no issues. The saddest part is watching my grandson in tears over his red motorcycle.

I bought this for my grandkids for Christmas and had it shipped to another state. My son assembled the bike and said there aren't any peddles. Useless and a disappointing present. They live 600 miles away. How do I get this fixed?

Even after charging all night my kids will get from the garage to the road and it will die. Don’t waste your money. My kids love this motorcycle IF it worked.

Don’t buy this! Doesn’t stay charged after a few weeks, and smells like burning plastic when I plug it in to charge.The foot pedal is stuck now also. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I bought 2 of these for Grandsons for Christmas. Charged them for 10 hours, doesn't move forward or backward! I emailed couple days ago, no reply. E-mailed again today with attached proof of purchase. I viewed the YouTube videos and they were no help.

The motorcycle is really good sized and big. I think for a power wheels it goes pretty fast to, it was 3 different gears. It plays music and my little boy is obsessed he absolutely loves it. The only thing I don’t like is it taking a key and my son losing it but I love the cute little concept of it taking a key. Over all money well spent.

Like may others this was a Christmas gift for our daughter. I failed to do the assembly Christmas Eve or I would not have let her see it! Got it assembled after her asking to ride all morning to find no keys and missing screws. She was/is devastated. I cannot believe the lack of quality and the impact this has had on so many kids. This company should be ashamed. I will leave a google review for them as well!

Like others on here i bought this as a Christmas gift. I bought 2, one in white and one in red, the only reason I'm giving this a 2 star and not a 1 is because the red one came with all the pieces and works as far as we can tell. The white one is missing literally everything besides the core bike peice and the charger. No foot petals, side wheels, accessories and missing screw to keep the seat on. Something also is rattling inside the bike. Thankfully my girls were good sports about it and currently sharing the red one. Its really disappointing when you try to get your kids something special but you end up getting a half put together package product.

Bought this for Christmas for my son and we’re 2 weeks into the new year and already it’s not lasting him at all. It does within a few minutes. Also, mirrors fall off easily. I need to find the booklet to call customer service for help, because we threw the box away and can’t return it. Wish we could though!
