If you aren't a fan of tequila, you haven't tasted Don Julio 1942!! This tequila is really smooth and doesn't leave a harsh burn like other tequilas I've had. I also love the sweet notes it leaves on the palate. The bottle shape and design is also pretty clever, resembling the agave leaf! The liquid does pour out quickly, so you have to be careful not to over pour and spill. Other than that, it's one of the best tequilas I've tasted and can be enjoyed on its own!

I used this product to get my friend drunk enough to admit her biggest secret to me. I heard that a girl I knew had an affair with our former English teacher after high school. The reason this was so interesting to me was because our former English teacher was my mother's husband. So being the cunning detective I am, I decided to use all of my interrogatory (probs not a word) skills and make her confess. So she showed up to my house for drinks and I pulled out a random bottle of tequila from the freezer. It was Don Julio 1942 and boy did it get her talking. Four to six shots and 1-2 Coronas later, I felt drunk enough to ask her if she had an affair with my stepdad and lo and behold she did confess, to everything. It was crazy but moral of the story is, nothing loosens lips like a few shots of Don Julio.

This is one of my faves! A definite must have for my bar. I always keep a bottle on hand for a just because or celebration, but any time you have don is a cause for celebration, right? the packaging is nice, very vibrant. The taste is smooth and can sneak up on you so be careful! It can be paired with just about any flavor for your go to mixed drinks. An overall great buy!

Hands down one of he best tequilas out there. The color is dark amber and the taste is so velvety smooth and sweet that if it didn't say “Don Julio” on the bottle, you would likely never know it was even tequila. It is the definition of a true “sipping tequila,” as the flavors slowly develop with the ice ball, transitioning from pronounced oak, almost whiskey-like notes, and then into raisin and vanilla with only a faint trace of smoke and earth. It was pretty surprising that the typical astringent "pepper and agave" that usually comes from blue agave is almost completely absent; making this one of the smoothest tequilas we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

This is the tequila, which no hangover and an amazing mouth finish. it on the premier side, but definitely worth sipping and savoring during the evening. Its very smooth and on ice or neat is definitely the way to go with it. Enjoy it with friends or with a significant others, definitely great to bond over.

This is my favorite tequila hands down. It is aged in vanilla oak barrels and you can tell by the smooth sultry taste. It's a pour you sip on and would be a disgrace to serve in a mixed drink. This tequila will even turn "tequila haters" into forever fans. 

It is has a great box accessory. The bottle is all very sophisticated. I recommend this drink it goes down smooth and doesn't have such a harsh taste most strong alchohol contains. I would recommended as a party gift or even to have in your bar at home.

My favorite thing in the entire world. I absolutely love this Tequila super smooth and doesnt burn! It's fantastic chilled and with lime! Also goes well in a great Texas margarita!! Definitely my go to and I almost always have a bottle at the house!!
