This is my all time favorite tequila to drink when Im having a party. All though it is expensive, it is worth the price because it is so smooth and the bottle is beautiful. Highly recommend this to all tequila drinkers and to put it in the freezer at least six hours before drinking it

Smoothest tequila I've had so far great flavor,  haven't found a tequila that I truly enjoyed till I tasted this one. Only wish every place I went to kept it in stock. Good with grapefruit soda and like I'd definitely would recommend this to others even got a bottle for my bar 

DJ-1942 is not for the faint of heart. Both taste and price are towards the high end of what you'll find when it comes to tequila. It's super smooth and has a oaky spice with a fresh agave finish. It's definitely a special occasion tequila so I don't recommend it for mixed drinks. Honestly, you're wasting your money doing that and you'll be better off with a cheaper tequila. But if you're looking to have a fancy night and enjoy top-notch tequila, Don Julio 1942 is your best bet. The bottle pictured is from our 10 year anniversary/engagement night.

This tequila is a wonderful extra anejo that boasts characteristics of vanilla and oak. To me, it is the perfect tequila to sip on after dinner. It is slightly sweet and ridiculously smooth. Most people who hate tequila will try this and have their world rocked. It is very special to say the least!

This is the best tequila I have ever tasted, and it is reserved only for special occasions because of its high price tag. I wouldn't call this great value, but I would call it worth it. We have this as a sipping tequila for family gatherings or celebrating. It's incredibly smooth and delicious but I would never mix it because it's so great standing alone.

This is probably my favorite tequila. I had it on a trip in Miami and became addicted. However, it is quite expensive for the normal everyday person, but I would definitely recommend especially for a special occasion. It's one of those tequilas that you can drink and just feel good.

My favorite. Pricey but worth it, it goes down smooth and who doesn't love a cute bottle? Bring this to a party and you will always be invited back. I also tend to chase my liquor and you dont even need anything to drink with this, you can take it straight.

This is pretty much top of the line when it comes to pricing. I always assumed it was all hype due to many rappers and celebrities endorsing it but I was very pleasantly surprised. Delicious, smooth, almost sweet flavor which is perfect for shots or simply over ice. Again, this is nowhere near an affordable tequila but ideal for celebrations.

The best tequila in the world! I love how smooth it is and you won't need a chaser for this now. It is pretty expensive but it is worth every dollar. I have purchased about 3 bottles and I will continue buying it. Nothing like a 1942 Friday night with the squad.  Don Julio 1942 Tequila
