The tenderloin is quite tender and good. I cut it into eight filets and had enough left over to have fajitas twice. Make having beef affordable!

Get a whole loin every Christmas eve for dinner. This year I got two. Everyone always compliments me on the steaks.

Was tasty and delicious, defatted, cooked entire tenderloin, seasoned, cooked in oven to 120 degrees, finished on grill to 140 degrees. Perfect
