It works GREAT, as advertised! BUT now it makes a lot of SMOKE! Smoke because it's a nightmare to clean. There are NO Non-Stick surfaces or trays! Oil / Grease drips under the mechanism / Control panel and you CAN'T get to it, to clean.

So happy with all the features, ease of operation, bright light inside, fold up feature.... all top notch. I have never had toast, toasted so evenly!

Fantastic...until you have to clean it. The way the inside is makes it virtually impossible to remove all potential splatterings. The tray system is very difficult to remove, especially when hot. Love Ninja, but not this product.

i am a true Ninja fan and my appliances have never disappointed. The FLIP 9 in 1 is an excellent replacement for air fryer, toaster, roaster, etc. It flips out of the way and never heats up my kitchen too much in summer.

I’ve cooked fries three times and the temp/time is all wrong in the book it comes with and it’s very saddening. We are going to return it. It’s devastating. This was the only thing I asked for this Christmas.

I was so excited to have this air fryer, it flip up perfectly in my space. I'm returning it because it Air fry slow, the exterior is extremely hot and it's too shallow for food.

I have seen this for almost two hundred dollars. I wasn’t going to pay this much for one. When I went into the club and saw this for $139.00, I had to have it. Very good value.

This oven is my favorite ninja product and I own quite a few. I use it daily and it never fails to amaze. Very easy to use. Love that I can bake with accurate temps without hearing up the kitchen.
