I purchased the barrels two years ago snd instslled them recently. Unfortunately the barrels leaked where the spigot is attached to the barrell. No amount of glue or adhesive could repair the barrels. I waste of money, time and effort.

It has a horrible smell. It arrived in a box and we took photos. See below. I don’t know what that is on the water barrel

The rain barrel is very useful, easy to use and store clean rain water. My garden thrives with rain water.

i bought this item by mistake and i canceled it out but the driver didn't picked up the items. i really don't want it.

I was disappointed that it said not safe to drink the water out of it. Ruined whole purpose for buying it.

I bought this a month ago and unpacked it. It did not come with the faucet or a plug so basically it's not fillable because the two holes you see will drain water right out of it. So NO. BIG NO!

I have been recycling my bath water for about 3 months. I water my plants with this recycled water. It was getting difficult to first carry the buckets of water out side to store. Then carry the buckets to water plants. It will be eaiser to be able to carry the water in buckets just once, then use a water hose attached to big blue to water plants. I have lowered my water usage by more than 50 percent.

Heavy duty barrel but horrible job on cutting the opening. The picture shows a nice clean hole with strainer sinking into the barrel. I got one that has a flat plastic strainer to cover up the mess of the job they did cutting the hole. It looks like it was cut by a chain saw. Also the plastic shavings are inside and out of the barrel. Another thing I thought should be included is a barrel wrench so you can open the regular plug of the barrel. I forgot to check that was not in the description.

We purchased as the price was less than other similar sized water containers. The container has an inner lining. There is a large hole cut in the top that I believe is designed for a rainwater runoff. Since we are only using it for water storage, had to cover with duct tape. The holes in the barrel have been cut out and the plastic fragments were still inside and had to be washed out. The faucet was easy to install, we added a second faucet (purchased at hardware store) in the other opening.

There are two holes on the top. One has the screw on cap and the other has a plastic screen screwed onto it. There is a small space in between each of the four screws where dirt or even bugs could get inside (bigger than the holes in the screen). And there is no cap for that hole with the screen to seal the barrel if I want to. I think that it should probably be able to be sealed for storage.
