We purchased this and had it professionally put together. Just months later the door is completely warped then my husband pointed out that the roof is starting to buckle. I called and they said they would send me a new door and when I asked who would install it "crickets". We did everything the right way paid to have a cement pad and had professionals put it together.

My husband and I started putting this shed together on July 3, 2017 wrong floor panels were sent. I called Lifetime customer service on July 8, 2017 spoke with Bruce sent him pictures and he said he'll have replacement panels sent to us. I called Lifetime customer service July 12, 2017 for a tracking number of the replacement panels spoke with Zachery. Zachery said, “sorry the order had not been placed”. I did receive an email with the order number for the replacement panels on July 12, 2017. It's July 17, 2017 and still waiting for panels sent an email and requested a call back with the tracking. We just want to complete our shed and hope we get our replacement panels this week.

I bought the 12.5' width by 8' depth (12'x7'6” inside measurement after built). The shed was delivered in less than a week and the delivery person was able to place the package inside my garage promptly. It took me 2 full days to organize and built with my wife's assistance. 9 hours to unbox, organize and prebuilt some parts. 9 hours to built and cleanup. All parts were accounted for It rained several days after it was built and no leaks. The inside stayed dry after all the rain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in the middle of assembling the unit and found that the outside floor panels ( that hold the end walls) were missing. Upon calling customer service, Jose was eager to help. He is expediting the missing parts. It's a setback but I am glad they attempting to correct the problem at no charge:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad I have chosen this Lifetime shed. It has many features and makes my backyard look beautiful. I had a small problem finishing the shed (my fault) Lifetime Customer Services immediately response and help.

Much cheaper than building from scratch. Probably recommend the other 8x12.5 Lifetime shed with side entrance which is $400 cheaper and guessing much easier to install. This looks nicer but the added middle entry roof part added much more complexicity. We seem to put everything in correctly but the earlier slight errors seem to be compouded in the end. We had to like cut notches, raise door hinges to finally get things to work. Lots of bending and pushing of the plastic to screw things in. Not easy to pack things up to return so we had to push forward and get creative to get this to work.

This shed was everything I expected. The shed is well made and looks great. All parts were included and everything fit together perfectly. Also, took a chance on Go Configure to do the assembly. They were awesome. They called the day before to set a time, then were on time, courteous, efficient, cleaned up and very thorough. No complaints all the way around.

Time consuming building it but is worth it in the end, stores all my power and hand tools plus my John Deere D120 tractor. Just have a good foundation plan before building this shed. Some of the reviews said here said they were missing parts or wrong floor panels, not so here all parts are bagged and labeled. I am very pleased with this shed and am thinking maybe i should have gone the next size up but this serves my needs very well...

I BOUGHT THIS WEEKS AGO, AND IT CAME WITH WRONG FLOOR PIECES, CONTACTED COMPANY, THEY SID TWO WEEKS, ALREADY HAD SHED OUT OF BOX WHEN REALIZED, IT HAS BEEN SITTING IN ELEMENTS, WARPED PIECES LOOKS LIKE JUNK, NOW I FOUND OUT WHEN STARTED TO PUT TOGETHER TODAY, MISSING ANOTHER PIECE , STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHED!!!! AND COMPANY, MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND SAMS, NOR LIFETIME GIVE A CARE.

We just finished putting it together last weekend. It's very nice and seems like good quality! The instructions were great except for identification of the screws. It would have saved us hours if the screw bags were labeled with the same identifiers used in the instructions. It made things very frustrating. In some areas like the roof peak panels that overlap each other, the screws are not long enough. Also, the floor panels are flimsier than I expected. We built a very sturdy foundation but found that we also had to put sheets of plywood otherwise the floor panels would just cave in.
