It is easy to assemble and hefty as required. I can use it with bare feet or indoor shoes. I bought it to exercise during my office hour. But, unfortunately, I cannot exercise because my knees keep touching the table. I can use it with bare feet or indoor shoes, and my feet don’t move forward. It doesn’t come with a chair stopper, so my office chair moves when I use it. Best for people with an adjustable office desk.

You can not adjust the tension and the monitor does not work. I will be returning this and looking for a better quality item.

I bought this bike a few weeks ago. Now it is leaking grease out of the pedals. Had to return it to the store.
