The instructions provided were very clear. I sent the test in on a Monday and received the notification of my results by email on a Friday. I did not have to pay for shipping. They provided the shipping bag. You register and you are able to see your results once they notify you. It's that simple.

I prefer to just go somewhere and have this done and let someone else do all the rest of the work. Thanks, but no thanks. I didn't even use.

Then follow instructions to do the nasal test. Comes with tha mailer etc. check my pic. Save that white box to put into the ups mailer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK so I got the kit--read all the instructions--at first they seemed to be a bit much to follow--but when you go over it again step by step it is easy to follow--everything is illustrated so if you have any questions just look at the pictures--they tell you with a picture what each item is--so I took the test with the nasal swab--put it in the cylinder--put it in the bag and went directly to the UPS store-you must mail it the same day you do the test-UPS gave me a receipt--and now I will be waiting for the results--

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fortunately my test results were negative but this product has some pitfalls. The instructions are ambiguous at best. Secondly, you need a magnifying glass to read them. Had I not had some previous knowledge of Covid test procedures I would have been lost. The good news is the packing of the product is excellent especially for pickup. Within 48 hours I had my test results emailed to me which was great. Overall, if is difficult to see a health care facility for a Covid test this is the way to go.

The kit arrived swiftly and came complete with directions as well as a waterproof shipping bag to mail it back with. Also a prewritten return label is included. All in all easy to use and convenient!
