My daughter and I have continued to stay at home while my husband still goes out to work or to buy The essentials we need. My daughter and I are both at all higher risk of having health complications yeah we were to be infected with the virus so I wanted a way to be able to test at home instead of going to the doctors office where we could potentially come in contact with someone who has the virus or someone who happens to be a carrier of the coronavirus. I ordered this at home testing kit from myLabBox which is sold at Walmart.This kit arrived quickly and contained everything I needed to test myself in the safety of my own home. It came with instructions on how to register my kit, take my sample and how to arrange for the shipping of my sample for testing. The return label was pre-paid for second day air delivery so there were not any additional costs other than the purchase price of this kit. They also provided a customer service number in case I had any questions or needed help with my kit. I followed the easy instructions and shipped my sample off. Within a few days, received an email alerting me that my results were available online. I logged in with my information that I created when registering the kit. Fortunately, my results were negative but I was relieved to learn that they would provide a free physicians consultation in the event that I might have tested positive. I would recommend this kit to anyone who would like to test but doesn’t want to risk going into the doctors office or clinics for testing.

I bought this product for peace of mind. I have not used it yet but it makes me happy knowing that if someone in my family suspects they have COVID, they will not have to wait in long lines to get tested. It gives results in about the same time the in-person PCR tests give results, so there isn't a negative to this product. The only reason I give Four stars is because of the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This COVID-19 home testing kit has everything you need to safely test yourself or a loved one at home without going out to get tested and therefore potentially exposing yourself or others. This is a good option for those that do not have easy access to a testing site or for a "just in case" use. The kit comes with very thorough instructions that you should read over a couple times before testing yourself. Note that the kit indicates you should not take your sample over the weekend but rather on the same day you plan to ship it out, and make sure to get it to the drop off location before the last pickup of the day. The label is pre-paid UPS, so you can also arrange a pick up instead if available in your area. Also there are instructions on when to wash your hands both before and after taking the nasal swab. It helps to be near a mirror when you take your nasal swap sample if you are doing it solo. The test is easy to do and fairly comfortable- you only need to insert the swap around 1 inch into your nostril. If you are purchasing as a just in case option- be mindful of the expiration date on the collection tube where you place the swab sample. The expiration date on the kit I received is about 4 months away.

You only get one swab so this really must only be used if you can comply because it isn't meant for major screwups. It takes a few days to get your results. You set an account up online and just review the info that way. Kind of like those DNA tests work. Simple, detailed instructions are in the box. There are not that many steps, other than that just have to be sterile and package it the correct way to ship. Easy.

It includes step by step easy to understand instructions. This test does require that you register first which is somewhat time consuming. The mailing label (2nd day air) and plastic mailer is included to seal your specimen in. I didn't like that this test is not FDA approved or that you need to wait a few days on results.

The instructions provided were very clear. I sent the test in on a Monday and received the notification of my results by email on a Friday. I did not have to pay for shipping. They provided the shipping bag. You register and you are able to see your results once they notify you. It's that simple.
