The instructions provided were very clear. I sent the test in on a Monday and received the notification of my results by email on a Friday. I did not have to pay for shipping. They provided the shipping bag. You register and you are able to see your results once they notify you. It's that simple.

It came with instructions on how to register my kit, take my sample and how to arrange for the shipping of my sample for testing. The return label was pre-paid for second day air delivery so there were not any additional costs other than the purchase price of this kit. They also provided a customer service number in case I had any questions or needed help with my kit. I followed the easy instructions and shipped my sample off. Within a few days, received an email alerting me that my results were available online. I logged in with my information that I created when registering the kit. Fortunately, my results were negative but I was relieved to learn that they would provide a free physicians consultation in the event that I might have tested positive. I would recommend this kit to anyone who would like to test but doesn’t want to risk going into the doctors office or clinics for testing.

We had the results in 2 days from the day I sent it out as it was a 2 day ship. I beat the UPS drop box pick up by 1 1/2 minutes as he got there early. They are very fast, not only did I have the first results, I got another 4 days later. They are very professional and if your test is positive you get a free Physician Consultation. If we were to ever need another test, we know where to get it. Their labs are CAP & CLIA-certified. Which ever way yours comes, make sure to follow the instructions to the letter. BEFORE you register your kit online, check the type of return shipping. If it's 2 days, BEFORE you register your kit, go online and find the nearest drop box as it MUST go out the same day you register and do the test. If the return is standard shipping through the mail, You'll want to make absolutely sure of the time your mail LEAVES the post office. For example: ours leaves at 1:15 pm M-F and 11:15 on Saturdays. If you put it in the mail slot after it's left, it WON'T go out till the next mail time. If you go on Saturday after the mail has already left, it WON'T go till the following Monday and if that Monday is a holiday, it won't leave till Tuesday. That takes it way out of the time line of being shipped. It was supposed to have a second bag with a pocket for your info card, I just used a zip baggie. I was in such a hurry to get it to the drop on time, I didn't think about taking a picture of the contents of the box but as I still have the box, I got some of it. It includes step by step easy to understand instructions. This test does require that you register first which is somewhat time consuming. The mailing label (2nd day air) and plastic mailer is included to seal your specimen in. I didn't like that this test is not FDA approved or that you need to wait a few days on results.

Also nice to know it can be used to test for Flu also. You must register your kit online to get started; then follow the enclosed sheet to collect and mail your specimen. Inside the kit I found an alcohol Prep Pad package, a swab and specimen tube, a biohazard specimen collection bag, a label to put on the tube, a UPS 2nd Day Air shipping label to attach to a biological specimen shipping bag, a label to put on the specimen bag giving Name, DOB, and Collection Date. Also a Laboratory Requisition Form. Failure to complete the form and pack your specimen correctly may invalidate your test results. This is a very foolproof kit to use and should be very easy for anybody to use. It is a good kit to have on hand for your own peace of mind.

Secondly, you need a magnifying glass to read them. Had I not had some previous knowledge of Covid test procedures I would have been lost. The good news is the packing of the product is excellent especially for pickup. Within 48 hours I had my test results emailed to me which was great. Overall, if is difficult to see a health care facility for a Covid test this is the way to go.

Then follow instructions to do the nasal test. Comes with tha mailer etc. check my pic. Save that white box to put into the ups mailer.

The box it came in had comprehensive instructions on the step by stop process of not only collecting the sample, but preparing for collection as well as securely packing the sample for shipment. The kit came with a UPS priority shipping envelope and pre-printed label. It was as easy as collecting the sample, packing it, and dropping it off at the local UPS location. Test results came in about one day after they received the sample (so about three days total with shipping). I will say, I never received an e-mail from the lab telling me that my results were ready - I only found out by checking on their webpage. This despite putting my e-mail in at least two (if not three) locations on the paperwork. The actually sample collection is quite uncomfortable - sticking a dry "swab" up your nose does not feel good. It's actually not a swab but a rough piece of material. I know this is the collection standard, but something softer (and maybe moist) would make a huge difference when collecting.

When opening the outer box you need to be mindful that the next box will be returned with your sample, so don't destroy the box. The testing itself is a simple nasal swab and very easy to do There is no discomfort. I have received my results and I'm waiting to hear from the company to discuss them. Overall I found the testing to be very helpful.
