Serta Side Sleeper Pillow with Cooling Gel Memory Foam

Not as firm as I had hoped for. And the pillow is smaller than the average pillow

Not what I expected

Have had it 1 month so temperature is holding & the shape of the pillow.

Seems to hold the temperature well.

The pillows come and have a horrible order.  Waste of my money.

Smell

The pillow is comfortable but I don’t think it’s cooling.

So far so good. Only had it a month. Seems to be of good quality.

Serta Memory Foam

I would NOT recommend these pillows if you have sinus issues or headaches from scents. These pillows have a high level of smell/fumes from the foam that I had aired out for days - but still couldn’t get close to them - so I returned them back to Sams club for a full refund.

Stop!

It was finally time to replace the original ones I bought about 10 years ago.  This has been the ONLY pillow I find comfortable, and I've even bought it as a gift for another family member.  As a mainly side sleepers who also occasionally sleep on their backs, we love these pillows. They're perfect.  The only 2 negatives are the slight smell you experience for a bit after opening and that you can't wash the entire pillow.
