The pillow has been comfy, but after a week or so, I began having back pains for the first time ever.

It is not bad but a little thicker than expected. if it was say 25% less thick, it would have been perfect

Soft and comfortable. Definitely cooler than a regular pillow. Takes the pressure off between my neck and shoulder when asleep on my side.

I find the pillow to be comfortable, not too firm at all. It is also not hot feeling like some memory foam.

If you sleep on your side, or read in bed while laying on your side, then this pillow is your friend.

My friend had one of these and I wanted one like his. The one I opened (ordered two) didn’t seem to be as firm as his. Still a nice pillow.

So much better as I sleep on my side and need more support to keep my neck straight than a regular pillow offers

Very comfortable but bad smell that still hasn’t gone away in 2 weeks! We loved sleeping with it, just letting air out some more.

Love this pillow! Its super supportive for a side sleeper and holds its shape! I'm so pleased I bought one for my sister!

It is too thick for my neck and not comfortable for me. The quality was great, but I can't sleep with it without discomfort, so I am disapointed.
