The pillow has helped my shoulder. It is rather small so I move it when I switch sides. It is a good quality for the price.

Perfect for side sleepers. I have arthritis in my neck and a “heavy” head so I need a pillow with good support. This one does it!

I have not use this item maybe taking it back because it was not in the packaging as shown. The pillow don't seem to be the one I ordered.

I haven't slept on this pillow the chemical smell is just terrible. I left the pillow outside for a week and it still smelt so bad I threw it away.

Soft and comfortable. Definitely cooler than a regular pillow. Takes the pressure off between my neck and shoulder when asleep on my side.
