I was excited to finally get my double- sided composter and felt that two hours with my husband and I assembling it would be well worth the effort. After more that six hours with both of us reading/re-reading the directions and then disassembling pieces that didn't fit, we found a major part (metal aerator) that was improperly drilled from the factory. My husband drilled new holes that properly lined up and we proceeded to finally finish the project. Better directions, possibly a video of assembly and properly drilled holes might have saved us hours of assembly time. Having explained all of that, now that it is completed, it is exactly what I wanted and I can foresee many years ahead of good use. It seems well made, durable and useful.

I bought this product several years ago and have produced hundreds of gallons of compost in it. Everything still works very well even when loaded full with heavy, damp compost. I am ready to buy a second one. There is a little rust on some of the hinges and metal parts but its 5-7 years old and looks like it will last another 5-7 years.

I bought my double composting bins several years ago. The hinge broke a week or so ago. I gave them a call and they are sending me new hinges!!

I bought the composter several years ago. Some parts have worn out (hinges) and were promptly replaced no questions asked.

Had several pieces broke so had to wait for parts to use it. That being said it is now fixed and working very well

Well balanced product, easy to spin. Has a strong frame. Assembly instructions are easy to follow.
