I’ve owned this composting bin for almost ten years. I did have to replace the door hinges but Lifetime did provide parts at no cost. The composters work very well, but don’t overlook the requirement to rotate them every week to minimize the stink!

The hinge failed on our Composter. We contacted the company and they were very expeditious in satisfying the warranty at no cost to us. This was handled with complete professionally and courtesy for which we are thankful.

I was given one of these rotating composters and shortly thereafter the hinge rusted out/broke. I contacted Lifetime and they sent a replacement hinge no questions asked.

This double compost tumbler was a bit of a fight to fit all the trim on. I ended up using dishwashing soap on all the trim to get them slid (manhandled) into place. I'm not kidding it's a chore. Once completed there are a few metal brackets held in place by screws that strip very easily in the plastic. Turn the torque really low. Once complete it's a pretty nice unit and you are certainly intimate with it by then, time and muscle wise. Does each tumbler unit hold enough compost mass to properly heat and compost efficiently? It's close, so only some time will tell at this point.

Off the ground therefore keeps rodents out..looks great..convenient and easy to use..have had for nearly 3 years

Love it. Very sturdy. I would take away 1/2 a star if I could because it took me awhile to assemble it but it was worth it.

I bought a composter and needed replacment parts. Each tume the company sent me the replacement parts at no charge. Great telephone sevice.

I bought my double composting bins several years ago. The hinge broke a week or so ago. I gave them a call and they are sending me new hinges!!
