Still awaiting consumption

The last two purchases of this product has resulted in a very slow ripening process; I have the first batch just now yellowing up and the bananas are still hard as rocks. Either they were picked too early or they were frozen for a short period of time, just my thoughts.

Quantity is wrong when ordering?

We thought we ordered three bunches of the organic bananas and understood they are purchased by bunches because they are wrapped. We only ended up getting one tiny bunch that had 4. We have not had problems before and have received what we normally ordered based on this. Now we are coming back to store just to get more bananas.

Disappointed Monkey

There were four small bananas in the bundle I picked up. All were on the verge of being overripe, and the peel was split on one exposing half the banana. It was brown and gross so I threw it away. So much for buying insanely overpriced organic bananas.

These are usually the best bananas but lately they have been not doing well. They have been tasting different- more like bananas that are not organic. they aslo have been breaking away from the stems within 2 days causing me to have to waste and throw away the bananas.

Too green bananas

We use pickup option to get groceries and have to depend on the Walmart shopper’s expertise when selecting our fruit. Usually it is okay but this time the bananas are so green, I have no idea when they will ripen. I wish there was a way to choose the degree of ripen for our fruit. If the app would allow us to select (1) green (almost ripe or (3) ripe and ready to eat. This option would be very helpful when buying fruit.

bananas

I ordered 2 bunches of organic bananas and only received 1 bunch. I can't tell if I was charged for 2 because they don't give the price per pound on this site. Also the bananas are extremely green. It will take a few days before they can be eaten. This is a frequently purchased item on my list, and is disappointing that I didn't get enough to last a week.

our kids are a fan of these

Organic Bananas (3 lbs) from Sam's Club have quickly become a household favorite. It's incredible to find such high-quality, organic produce at such an affordable price, likely sold at a loss to attract savvy shoppers like us. These bananas arrive greener, allowing them to ripen perfectly at home and maintain their delicious taste for days. Their fresh, sweet flavor and organic goodness make them a joy to eat and a guilt-free choice for our family. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy, tasty, and budget-friendly option for their fruit bowl.

Unsure what these are

I bought these bananas on May 10, 2024 they came green with the organic bananas label that is always wrapped around them however today is may 31 they’ve never ripened. I removed that organic label and broke the bunch in half setting half outside half inside to see if it would ever ripen and after three days out in the hot sun these more than a week old bananas are still not ripe My friend broke one open and took a bite out of it and spit it right back out today that opened banana still not ripe or rotten nor mushy or gushy but it feels like Styrofoam is that how a banana should look or feel after being open for over 24 hours? I do not believe these to be plantains either even if they were mislabeled.. i’m rather upset and afraid that we can’t trust even our organic foods anymore.

These bananas will be too old by tonight!! Are you kidding me?! When is Walmart going to start training the CSR's that bag the orders??? I would have lost my job a long time ago 30-40 years ago if I did work like they do today. And the bananas are big enough to choke a horse for Pete's sake. Horrible and a waste of $1.77. Not a lot to you?...it is to me when things like this keep happening and I am on a very low income. Thanks!

This should never happen!

Usually, I choose green bananas, so they can last and ripen at home. I was given (with my pick Up Order) Pretty ripe bananas, plus they had very visible slashes and cuts and bruises on them. I don't think this should happen at anytime. I am not buying over ripened and bruised bananas, to get your supply sold. Was very disappointed!
