The bananas that were chosen for me were not any good. I purchased these to be used for a church breakfast and all but 2 had to be thrown away as they were rotten through and through. The strawberries were also a disappointment, there were more white top fruit than red top and several others were already in rotten stage... I will not be adding fresh produce to my online order going forward. These were purchased on Saturday the day before the Sunday Church breakfast. My expectation was to have at least just ripen fruit or needs a day or two to ripen but not fruit that was ready to be disposed of.

Bring back Colombian bananas!

They arrive super green, and over the next few days they go straight from green to rotten. They never yellow until they're heavily spotted. Bring back the bananas from Colombia! They tasted so much better and didn't rot so quickly. Target has Colombia organic bananas and they're perfect. Unless you eat them regularly, one may not appreciate the difference - but there's a big difference in taste between Colombian and the ones from DR, or Ecuador. Even the Costa Rican ones aren't as good (good imo is lightly fleshy, smooth, and an equal parts sweet and tart.)

Hit or Miss.

I have had mixed experiences with the walmart bananas. I have gotten ones that are already browning, ones that are very small , and the last ones were beyond green . They went from green for 3 weeks to brown, but they still weren't soft. It's definitely hit or miss,

Just bananas

Nothing wrong or special about them. Sometimes I get them very ripe/yellow, green, regular or organic. My family and I eat them by themselves or bake or add them with other ingredients. Works out fine. Never had a problem. Since we eat them a lot I usually pick up at least 1 bunch of them so we always have some around.

People...be gentle with produce

Organic bananas are hit and miss. Sometimes the bananas are unbruised and just about ripe so I can eat them before they rot. Sometimes the bananas at the store look like someone played kickball with them. If you watch customers you can see most are very rough with produce and toss it around without a care for bruises. May need another way to present the bananas so customers before me don't ruin all of them before I get a nice bunch.

I wish we could talk to our shopper

Well, they are bananas, but they were all bruised up and had something spilled all over them so not happy with this selection today but overall every time I’ve gotten organic bananas they’ve been on point and fresh these look like they’ve been sitting for a while

Fresh Bananas

These bananas were very fresh! It depends on how you like your bananas. Some people like them almost green and very firm. I prefer mine just a tad bit softer, but not brown. These when I have purchased them are on the not quite fully ripe, very firm. Banana. So I personally prefer them as I said a little softer. I think they have a little more flavor so I wait two days three days and they’re perfect for me, however others in my household love them immediately.

Best bananas to get great taste

I absolutely love these bananas when I get them they tend to be a little green which I like and it only takes a day or so for them to ripen and I cut them up put them in a bowl with two tablespoons of strained 2% Greek yogurt and I have that for breakfast and at night for dessert I have my two bananas a day for the potassium they're absolutely wonderful they're very tasty I don't get them bruised like the one officer says that he was already speckled they're worth the money

Didn’t get what I ordered

I ordered two bunches of banana’s. After getting home with my order I only have 4 banana’s total. I made sure before hitting add to cart that it said “bunches” because I’ve only received “2 bananas” before. If this is considered a “bunch” then I’m disappointed. If it is I’m still missing another “bunch”…
