why did i recieve ONE banana after ordering A bunch

The bunch of bananas picked were too ripe. I like the bananas with some green and firm on them.

I wanted a bunch, not just 1 banana!

The last few times I’ve gotten GREEN instead of yellow bananas on my pick ups

Taste good but go bad in a days time. Other than that they are great.
