I have been buying organic bananas for years. They have started to taste differently for the last few months. The flavor is almost non-existent and the texture is weird - too "structured". It's just weird. I feel like I'm not eating real bananas. Like I'm eating some kind of lab-created banana substitute. I've noticed it with non-organic bananas as well.

For organic bananas, these are garbage!

Bananas were overripe.They were so ripe the banana opened at the stem exposing the banana.

Just this side of green. Firm, tasty, and able to survive long enough that there was no waste.
