The price of bread is very disappointing to me. We have cut back on our purchases in this department. Sure, the price to create the bread may have risen overall, but not to the extent these bakeries have taken the price.

This is the tastiest bread and doesn't flake when toasted. Love it.

The items seem like it had been sitting on the shelf for a really long time was very dry. did not make for good sandwiches. that was the first time I've ever had that problem with this item

Sometimes when I get a loaf of this bread, it is soft and delicious other times it’s dried out and does not have a good taste or texture

bread was dried out. as if it wasn't sealed properly. over several years we've known that the consistency of the quality of this bread is seriously lacking. one time a coarse texture and the next heavy a dense texture as Italian bread should be. I'm convinced if this brand is lacking on one of its typical recipe items it goes ahead with making the bread anyway. this dried out problem however is a first.
