There was alwalys something different about the way they did things in the Old Country. The pace was a littler slower. People spent a little more time doing things right. Especially when it involved a meal. No shortcuts. Everything they ate was wholesome and packed with goodness. They wouldn't have settled for anything less than the very finest bread.
