I always buy original HP ink without a problem, however this time when I removed the well cover ink poured everywhere. This happened in both cartridges and made a huge mess.

When I received the package I put it in print and printer told me that it was empty cartridge, tried it several times same response. Tried a different one and that worked! I payed 42.00 for a empty cartridge ya!

Thank Goodness! I bought a year or so ago some ink that was in an HP box but was a mess - I think that was "not actually hp ink" - so I am very happy to have a "source" of the ink that fits my machine and is the proper safe ink to use.
