Hi, Wendy. I’m sorry that you’ve had difficulty with the ink cartridge you received. I can’t tell precisely from your review what happened, but it appears as though you received a cartridge different from the one designed for your printer, and perhaps that someone advocated substituting one for the other. Regardless, you’re correct that this is a bad idea. I’ll provide some resources I hope will help you resolve the dilemma. I recommend that you contact Walmart to inquire about a return or exchange. You can find all the information about the Walmart return process here: - www.walmart.com/help/channel/returns-and-refunds/5a33a1f61af8479e9d1bd8b727e9e761 In case of further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us here: - support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp I do hope that the return or exchange process goes well and that you will be satisfied.
