I bought an HP 6960 all in one from Walmart years ago. It has been the most reliable piece of equipment that I have ever owned. It requires the 902 or 902XL ink cartridge. My order was complete, on time and exactly what I paid for.

This is the only ink I will use in my HP Office Pro 6978. I have tired some of the generic brands and I frequently run into some sort of problem with them. Plus, the other brands don't last as long.

I love my new printer because i can use hp inks. I swear you can find compatible ink anywhere thats how accessible these hp products are plus they have the instant ink program too.

Hate buying ink due to its price, but what choices do we have? Even at Sam's the price seems ridiculous. To save ink use Times New Roman. Arial uses the most ink.

The ink cartridge I purchsed was defective. when the orage cap was removed and I turned it over to insert into my printer, ink oour out on my hands, on the carpet, and on the computer and cabinet. It was an awful mess and I still could not print.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and have along way to go to run out. I always buy the XL Cartridges and I never use any cartridges but HP original. Why would you use inferior cartridges in a first class printer?
