The flavor was good, the cheese inside melted well...too well for my liking. It had a slimy texture to me. My husband loved them.

Very Cheesy

This is the best sausage. If cooked correctly, it is so moist. It has the perfect combination of cheese and jalapeño. We love it so much!

Best Sausage

Great flavor it didn't bother the people who don't like it hot its good plane cheese made it milder.

Not overly spicy

This sausage has a great casing and snap to the skin, but tastes so awful, I would not recommend buying it. This sausage had way too much cheese in it, it was overwhelming. This is a Cheddar Jalapeno sausage not cheddar with some sausage pieces. I have had other sausages with cheddar, which has a great amount, but can still enjoy the sausage, not this one. Too much cheese so the sausage itself cannot be enjoyed.

Don't buy this flavor

This sausage comes with GReat quality and an excellent Smoky flavor, with a very reasonable amount of cheese and heat. This sausage is very similar to “Texas” sausage that I've had from many authentic smokehouse barbecue stops or restaurants throughout the country. The value of this product is amazing when you consider what it costs to get one or two links from these types of establishments. I highly recommend this product!
