This sausage comes with GReat quality and an excellent Smoky flavor, with a very reasonable amount of cheese and heat. This sausage is very similar to “Texas” sausage that I've had from many authentic smokehouse barbecue stops or restaurants throughout the country. The value of this product is amazing when you consider what it costs to get one or two links from these types of establishments. I highly recommend this product!

We love to have this type of sausage on hand for a quick meal. We grilled our sausages and ate them on a Sam's Yeast Roll for lunch. The flavor is amazing! Normally I can't really taste the cheese, however this cheese was a winner! The heat level was perfect for us (myself, husband and grown son) to spicy for our grandson. I froze the remaining sausages and vacuum sealed them to have on hand when needed again. The casing was tougher than we expected for a sandwich sausage, but I think they will be great in jambalaya or a mexican cornbread type dish. We are always pleasantly surprised by the selection and pricing of Member Mark Items!

These are not only great stand alone sausages but work so well on pizza, in egg bakes or even as party hor d'oeuvres when you slice them thinly & place on cracker. I've also successfully used them in spaghetti sauce. So many possibilties!

I cooked these on the stove and added it to my Jambalaya. It was the perfect protein and had the right amount heat. The flavor was delicioius. My non-heat loving family devoured it!

We both loved these Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages! They're great in a bun with some mustard and sauteed onions! Great cut up and added to Gumbo. I also made some scrambled eggs with them diced up inside them also with tomatoes. And I love to just grill one and eat it plain!! I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves great smoked sausages with a little bit of a 'bite' from the Jalapeno peppers and with plenty of nice melted cheese inside too! We will definitely buy these again!!

I was looking for the "Green Hatch Chili Sausages" but seems you no long carry them...please get them back in!! But as an alternative I tried these and they are very good. Just prick them a couple of times before boiling otherwise when you bite in you will burn yourself on the hot grease coming out!

Thought I would give this product a try and it did not disappoint. I cooked it in my smoker to give it a real nice taste. My family and I were very pleased with the sausage. Just the right amount of chili and cheddar cheese. I'm definitely buying this product again. Highly recommend it if you like chili and cheddar cheese.

It was the first time i seen these in the club, im glad i spotted them. I like to grill on the barbi all year round. These were a hit to those who like a little sizzle spicy! These are delicious as a side to a New York steak and Uncle Bens long grain &wild rice and baked potato

This sausage has a great casing and snap to the skin, but tastes so awful, I would not recommend buying it. This sausage had way too much cheese in it, it was overwhelming. This is a Cheddar Jalapeno sausage not cheddar with some sausage pieces. I have had other sausages with cheddar, which has a great amount, but can still enjoy the sausage, not this one. Too much cheese so the sausage itself cannot be enjoyed.
