Very good sausage with a slight jalapeno flavor, and strong cheddar flavor. I love the snap of the casing. They are perfect for grilling or to add to an omelet. If I could change anything I would make them slightly more spicy.

They are really folks so get them while you can because it probably won't long before some over educated college grad gets the idea they are not good foe people and removes them from inventory

The sausages were very tasty. They did not lose there shape or contents upon heating as some cheap ones do. These are very good. They are a little on the spicy side. But that how I like it!

These Cheddar Jalapeño Sausages are a great quick-fix dinner item. We cooked ours in our air fry grill and they turned out nicely. They have a little kick to them, but it's not overwhelming. We will buy these again!
