We just installed our King size Serta Adjustable base on 8/13/2021 which was a gift from our sister. When installing the adjustable base we noticed that one of the areas in the base where the bolt was put together was extremely bent. I've included a picture. This did not affect the adjustable base frame from functioning correctly so at this time we will not be returning the base. Base is very heavy to return return to the store. I'm hoping that if this piece of metal breaks in the future that it will be covered under the 10 year warranty.

It was super simple to put together and I love being able to adjust the bed so that I can be as comfortable as possible when I read at night before going to sleep. It's high quality and I know it will last for a really long time. I highly recommend picking one of these up today!

I have a heart condition and take a fluid pill. After sleeping on this bed with a 12" Posture- Pedic mattress, I did not have swollen ankles which I had for the past two years. The elevated headboard was great for watching TV and great for my heart. Thank you for this wonderful frame at the best price that I could find. Thank you Sam's Club!!!

do not buy i keep getting the run around the bolts do not match and paint was scrapped off bottoms liked it was used

We bought this and put it together and it's not working at all and our new mattress is coming in the morning what do I do now?!

The bed works ok- but we only had it for less than a month and the remote quit working- Can't find anyone to tell me where to get a replacement-

Came home to find bed frame in yard partly open with frame bent and small hope in bed. Doesn't effect operation just hope hope doesnt get any bigger.
