[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The serta motion air came in neatly packed box, it was easy to assemble, the instruction manual had everything in detail and there was only few attachments needed for assembly, most part came assembled. The quality was amazing , very sturdy. The remote came with battery and they also provide a power cord to use in case there is no electricity, battery back up. The head and foot both reclines individually , and returns back to normal when not needed. The metal is very sturdy and heavy. It's queen size and would be comfortable only for 2 adults . Best and so comfortable for sleep . I definitely would recommend this, I have made a video on assembly and after assembly. I have given you tube link, so you know how it's working. Overall , I am happy with this buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure how I would like this new adjustable base from Serta but I've been absolutely blown away at how awesome it is! It was super simple to put together and I love being able to adjust the bed so that I can be as comfortable as possible when I read at night before going to sleep. It's high quality and I know it will last for a really long time. I highly recommend picking one of these up today!

We just installed our King size Serta Adjustable base on 8/13/2021 which was a gift from our sister. When installing the adjustable base we noticed that one of the areas in the base where the bolt was put together was extremely bent. I've included a picture. This did not affect the adjustable base frame from functioning correctly so at this time we will not be returning the base. Base is very heavy to return return to the store. I'm hoping that if this piece of metal breaks in the future that it will be covered under the 10 year warranty.
