Not very happy!! Had this mattress for a couple of months and just flipped it over to find mildew growing.

It's been 1 year, installed in the guest room. Expanded just fine in 1 day But this mattress is EXTREMELY firm.....and still way too firm 1 year later

The mattress arrived well packed. Out of the box it only took a few hours to fully fluff up to it’s full height. I also bought the Night Therapy Sonoma Platform Bed to go with it. So no need for a box spring. It was a perfect fit. My son slept on it for the first time lastnight. He said it was very comfortable and even slept through his alarm this morning.

So I bought this mattress 3 weeks ago. I am going through a divorce am and pretty much well off but am staying at my mothers until my ex vacates my home. I have a brand new king size Tempurpedic at home that I paid $4400 for. I purchased this queen size to hold me over for 4-6 months until I get my house back. This came in a small box and I unpacked it and thought what a piece of garbage, I guess I will need to return it. I laid it on the ground and it looked like a flat and solid piece of crap. I let it sit for 24 hours like the instructions said to and then looked at it and couldn't believe my eyes. So I put the sheets on it and laid down and to my surprise...I couldn't tell the difference from my $4400 Tempurpedic mattress!!! This is the best $299 ever spent! You will love it!

California King. Spouse and I both found this mattress to be way too firm. Like rock hard, with very little "give" or cushioning and very uncomfortable. We let it settle for 72 hours after removing from the box. We didn't notice any odors that other reviewers mentioned. We tried sleeping on it for 3 nights before giving up. We're both side-sleepers and each morning woke up exhausted with painfully sore hips and shoulders, arms asleep, etc. after tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable. Maybe a better choice for back-sleepers?

6 years ago we got the 10inch version of this mattress but decided to use that one for guest and get a new one and we have never had so much back pain and in less than 2 months my husband who sleeps in 1 spot and doesn't move has caused an indent on the mattress. Considering that didn't happen in the 6 years with the old one that is just sad

Been over 2 weeks since I got the mattress. Had a space heater in my room to help it decompress. The top half is great, but the bottom half isn’t quite there. It’s been like this over a week and hasn’t decompressed. It’s terrible. Still hopeful using the heater, but man, I just wanted a good mattress. Seems nice, only if it’ll ALL decompress and not just half.

This was a great buy. It expanded really quickly and didn’t smell at all. This is my sons bed and he loves is. We’ve laid on it a bit and it’s comfy, but I’ve not slept on it all night. Cons- it only expanded to 10” and there were comments about a box spring or a frame that we did not get. I expected to receive one since the description said I would + the comments.

We've had this mattress for over a year now and I still love it. It was fairly firm when we first got it and it is still about the same as it was. Comparing cost with memory foam mattresses from mattress stores, this one is an amazing deal. I'm not sure if it's hot to sleep on by itself because we bought a cooling waterproof mattress protector, which I would always use anyways.

Bought this mattress for my son's house, arrived on time compressed in a box, carried to his home and opened it on their box springs. Has been 4 days since it was opened and has not changed in size since the 1st 24hours. It is supposed to be a 12 inch mattress but has expanded out to no more than 10inches on 2 corners and only 8 inches at another. The covering on the mattress is so loose since it has not expanded as it should. I have purchased 2 other memory foam mattress by 2 different manufactures and had no problems with expanding like it should. What can be done to replace it. It is now way to big to put into my car and return to Sam's Club!!(arrived in a box) Plus with my bad knees it would be impossible to drag out of my sons home. If pictures will help I can run to sons home and take pictures to prove it is not expanded properly. Need help ASAP. Son's old mattress is gone and have nothing for them to sleep on. Been 4 days without a bed!! I'm also afraid to reorder the same mattress and run into the same issues if it was in the same manufacture lot. This item has so many good reviews and really wanted this one!
