bought after hurricane went home put together, oil/gas in it started right up, after i found a 30amp cord i hooked up camper on 30amp and the house ref and freezer on 20amp everthing works great ran for 12/14 hrs. It would be great if 30and 20 amp adapter were supplied and not having to try and find in an emergency.

I got tired of having to reley on my electric company to supply power if the wind blew the wrong way. So I researched and decided to buy this unit. Now all the neighborhood comes running with extension cords to plug in for power. And I have power to spare while supplying our entire house, well pump, water heater, wifes hair dryer, stove, washer and dryer and all the essential items also. Unit is easy to move around for wife who is 5'2" tall 120 lbs. Set up is easy,as for installing the wheels just shimmy unit back on supplied pallet, install axle brackets slide in axle tilt unit back,slip on wheels then rock back on wheels install front resting stand and wheels are on. Its that simple.

Bought when power went out in early august. Ran 2 fridges and a chest freezer without a hiccup! Recently had a transfer switch set up so now I can power the whole house if I want to. Starts on first or second pull every time, and has enough power to not strain at all.

I just received the shipment and set it up for test run. The setup was easy (using my tractor to get it lifted off the pallet so I could install the wheels). Started right up and made electricity, so all good. Then ran it back out of fuel and disconnected the battery so it would store well. Overall, all systems go. Needed this size to run my 5HP well and some other selected items during power outages for hurricanes. Couple of points: 1. Generator arrived missing the fuel supply line from tank to carb. I didn't want to call and wait for Generac to ship me one, since I know it was only a $5 purchase at the local auto parts store. 2. It would be nice for the instructions to give a recommended amount of oil to add at initial set up. I had to add a little, then check the stick, and repeat until I figured out it took ALMOST 2 quarts. For fear of overfilling, that took longer than it should.

Was delivered in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. Easy to start. Doesn't weigh too much... it's supposed to be portable. My husband can definitely move it around. Just plug you items in and your good to go! Looks pretty cool too... Love it!

I love this product is very portable, this generator looks to be very heavy duty. This generator has a generous amount of 3 prong plugs, that have a rubber cover to keep these plugs in great condition when not in use. It has a hour meter which is pretty awesome to let you know your aproximate running time. This generator is very easy to start and can be transported in vehicle if needed. This product is definately great if there is a emergency and you need light etc. This generator is very well made of hard metals and hard plastics, all bolts hold parts securely in place. I love the directions are written clearly on generator no fumbling through thousands of pages, it has everything from dangers to warnings and pictured instructions how to properly function device. You can also visibly see what every button and switch is for so there is no confusion. This generator is brightly colored on top so I can definately spot this generator in my garage with no stress or searching. I used generator for a t.v and a couple lights and it worked great had a long runtime and was very surprised how much poewr this generator has. I am very happy with this product I would definately recommend to others.

Bought a GP3600 model today. We lost our electricity in a storm 4 days ago. Easy to assemble, started right up and is powering our fridge & some lights. Nice smaller unit. Very portable & not very loud. 4-20 amp duplex plugs & 1-30 amp locking plug. Not a bad value if it holds up.

Bought this generator for home backup in preparation of hurricane season. Compared to other generators at the store it offered the most features for the price. Put the oil and fuel, hit the electric start button and it started right up. Ran it for about 15-20 minutes and found no issues. Looking forward to having electricity next time a hurricane comes though.

I was looking for a generator to prepare for Hurricane Irma. This was an excellent buy for me. You get enough power for most of your house and with electric start it's super simple to get everything back up and running. Some other generator brands don't even come with wheels at this price range. Over all I'm very happy with my purchase.
