This is my second Total gym. Gave first to family member. Ordered this one after back injury to regain core strength. Easy to use for physical therapy. Love it. Husband wants to use it too.

At the low settings it is kind of hard to get down to with my arthritic knees; but necessary to build up strenght for higher levels. Everything goes together easily

As advertised, easy to set up and take down for storage. Following directions that came with it. Seems easier to stay motivated and follow thru on new exercise resolutions as my workout does not take very long.

Price was great and delivery was fast. The " minimal set up" was a little more then minimal for 1 person. Once set up, its wonderful. It is easy to switch over excercises and its kind of fun. Highly recommended
