This is my second Total gym. Gave first to family member. Ordered this one after back injury to regain core strength. Easy to use for physical therapy. Love it. Husband wants to use it too.

Works well

I have the Soloflex, Bowflex, a few free weights and resistance bands but the Total Gym is my favorite. It is smooth and well built and a really good deal. If you can commit to 20 mins every day plus a few mins of cardio your body will change dramatically!
