I have the Soloflex, Bowflex, a few free weights and resistance bands but the Total Gym is my favorite. It is smooth and well built and a really good deal. If you can commit to 20 mins every day plus a few mins of cardio your body will change dramatically!

Works great can workout multiple muscle groups has a workout book that does come in handy. I would definitely say it's worth more that the 299 price tag.

I sold my elliptical and purchased this. Like that it folds up easily in my dual purpose office/gym room. Smooth glide. Great for my 65 yo body; building muscle tone, flexibility and helping me increase physical activity. Thanks Sam’s Club for an incredible price of $299.98. Many Total Gyms I looked elsewhere cost a lot more.

Nice piece of equipment!

This machine is amazing for all ages. However, there is a dangerous design flaw on this model. We are a family of four. Three females and one male. All females have medium to long hair. Even when placing our hair in a ponytail or a bun, hair gets caught in the retractable pulley system at the top of the cushioned bench. The bench needs a headrest to cover this design. We have had to be cut out each time we’ve used the bench in a laying position. Otherwise, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product. I have placed a called Total Gym to report the design flaw. I pray they can issue a safe fix. We’d like to keep and use our Total Gym Pinnacle for years to come!
