What a mistake i did i opened it and 4 days later it had mold do i had to throw it out but i still had another unopened package when i tried to use it it also had mold all over. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEESE IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO USE IT IMMEDIATELY.
