Sharp vs medium cheese is quite an improvement. Shredded sharp is great on salads, baked potatoes, soups, and pasta. Recommended on everything!

Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese is exactly what it is Sharp (strong). I use this only in homemade macaroni and cheese with a combination of other cheese.

Easy to freeze one bag for later. I love to sprinkle on salads but eat to add to anything when you want a bit of cheese or change up that boring dish.

Hits the mark in all aspects but sharpness. If you have ever tasted really good Sharp Cheddar this brand ranks as rather mild depending on what one is using it for.

For sharp cheddar, it's not very sharp. I found it pretty tasteless, altho the other customer I consulted with about this said she liked it, so your milage may vary.
