We bought this on a whim during visit to western New York. Very surprised at the taste and survivability of this cheese and will make sure we purchase this shredded cheese again if available in San Antonio, Texas. If not available please sell here.

Very good cheese, perfect-sized packages and economical, too. I always freeze one of them until I have finished the other package.

I love this product. I’ve been buying it for many years. It just fits well and it stays fresh the whole time that I buy I’m single and I use it with almost everything and it never goes bad.

It tastes good wish they had it shredded smaller or had the option of finely shredded cheese but they don't so this is good

Easy to freeze one bag for later. I love to sprinkle on salads but eat to add to anything when you want a bit of cheese or change up that boring dish.

Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese is exactly what it is Sharp (strong). I use this only in homemade macaroni and cheese with a combination of other cheese.

Hits the mark in all aspects but sharpness. If you have ever tasted really good Sharp Cheddar this brand ranks as rather mild depending on what one is using it for.

For sharp cheddar, it's not very sharp. I found it pretty tasteless, altho the other customer I consulted with about this said she liked it, so your milage may vary.
