Sharp vs medium cheese is quite an improvement. Shredded sharp is great on salads, baked potatoes, soups, and pasta. Recommended on everything!

Can be added to grits, casseroles, salads.. You're only limited by your imagination. We loved this cheese.

Not the tastiest cheddar cheese out there. It is a good deal and works well for cooking in things. Just don’t expect a sharp cheddar flavor.
