I don’t normally have issues but the cheese was used the very next day and both had mold in them.

This is a tasty shredded cheese and doesn’t have that starchy texture on the outside like many “powdered” shredded cheeses do.

Since you get two bags I usually freeze one and put one in the refrigerator. It holds its shape, does not wilt or stick together, and it taste good. I buy this brand almost exclusively. It stand up well to time without molding.

We buy this all the time have for years and we definitely love it. It’s very good compared to any other one you get kraft compared to whatever it’s good.

Convenient and delicious. Great for casseroles, mac n cheese, and anything else you need. Never had an issue with freshness. Freezes well if you can't use the entire package after opening.

If you bought a Sam's plus membership because you want items delivered when you are down with the flu, they will never have food items available for delivery. Their car wash never works either.

Confusing packaging. This is sold as a two pack which I didn’t realize until a week later. I grabbed one and didn’t see that the tape that is on there is to hold the 2 packages together. I should have paid more attention. The cheese is great though.

Oily. Does not have a good creamy flavor. I buy it for the price It’s edible for sure but I would recommend to a friend with caveat. If I wanted a perfect dish I would not use any off brand cheese and would shred my own.
